Information

 

• Payment made in full by cash, bank transfer or cheque at time of booking

• Full refund given provided cancellation notice is given in writing/email at least 14 days before stay

• If you collect your dog/s before the confirmed end date of the board you will not receive a refund

• Food to be provided by the owner, bedding preferable

• Vaccination card must be up to date, presented and kept with your dog/s during their stay

• All dogs must with no exception be up to date with worming and flea/tick treatment

• All dogs must be micro-chipped

• Owners will be liable for any damages made by their dog/s to their own property (bedding, leads etc)

• Dogs must arrive in a clean state and will be given back just so

• Dogs will be walked twice daily off the premises on leads. They will also have some access to the secure garden to play freely which will be supervised at all times

• We make every effort to ensure your dog/s is cared for to our high standards.  In the unlikely event of a death please state your wishes on the booking form

• In the event of an emergency we will use Teilo vets, Llandeilo. Veterinary treatment during the stay will be paid by the owner

• Any photos of your dog remain the property of Cwtch Cwn and may be used for the web site or social media, an option to opt out will be on the booking form

• Dogs are boarded at the owners risk
